Action works in Builder but not on app

I have an action with ask AI integration in the builder.

When using the action in the builder, it works.

But when I use the action in mobile apps, it doesn’t work

There are also openAI integrations in the app, those buttons work both in builder and in the app.
I have rebuilt this action from the scratch already but it didn’t help.

Can you clarify on what doesn’t work? As in you don’t get the answer from the OpenAI integration?

Ah I got it. We added a wait with condition that the prompt send to OpenAi need to include the user’s input.
