Hi, it appears this feature has been depreciated in the new apps. What would be the most suitable workaround to recreate the trim and “more” extender nowadays? Thnaks!
You can add a new column in your data “Truncate Text” to shorten a long text field, then add a button to either open the full text column in an overlay, or use visibility conditions to reveal it instead of the truncated version.
Thanks for the lightning reply. Looking at the effort this takes vs setting a checkmark in the component’s options, I start missing the old apps’ features.
