Building a sign in app for unmanned facilities.

Looking for a way to add a feature that (after they sign in using a simple form) sends a link that a user by email and/or sms that can click that then records the time that they left a building automatically into the app.

They open the email, click the link on leaving to close their visit.

Any thoughts?

you can achieve this using google scripts… triggered by a new entry from your sign-in form… add a link to the App (or specific deep link) into the email body
