So….not an urgent problem by any stretch, but, my app is going really well, lots of users who are always providing feedback, so I thought I would tackle the Chat. The basic setup was easy, but here are my 2 questions

  1. Does it have the ability (if not inbuilt) or has anyone set up an AI bot to answer chats when a human is not available? It would be great to craft a kind of auto-response bot.
  2. Not harping on here, but the chat module seems very slick, so much you can do with it, but with notifications missing, I feel like it’s got one arm tied behind its back. What’s everyone’s suggestion for alerting a user when a chat has been responded to

  2. For now, I use email. “You have a new reply in the __ app. Click here to respond.” with a deeplink to the chat screen.
