I can trigger this workflow every 5 mins.
However, using a specific time I see “Next run in 3 mins…1 min” etc. But it never runs, then it resets to “in 24 hours”.
What do I need to change to get this workflow to run every day at 9:00 am (I used a diff time to test live, only the count down to it running worked though)?

I’ve seen this behavior before if I choose a test time that’s within five minutes of the current time. Usually if I set my test time to 10 minutes or later, it runs. However, it seems as though it’s not working for you? You don’t happen to have a filter on your workflows that’s preventing it from running do you?

Filter doesn’t prevent it from running as other types of triggers work, but I need daily 
filter is just a checkbox to only send email to non-checked records
I usually just click run if I want to test it right away, this is an edge case that probably requires @Robert_Petitto 's workaround.
I’ll check with the team to see if they can fix this.
