How to withdrawal the account balance when I cancel the subscription?? Thank you!
I think these are the relevant Qs & As in the Pricing FAQs.
Not sure if the “refund” in this case exists only in your Glide account or can they do a refund back to the card.

Yes, but my credit is in “My app” and seems not able to transfer to “New Team”…
I believe if you contact Glide Support, they should be able to transfer it for you.
Follow the instructions below, and click on the “Open a Billing Enquiry” button at the last step.
Please note: the option to create a support ticket is only available if your App is in a Pro, Business or Enterprise Team. If you need help with a Billing Issue (on any plan), you should open a Billing Enquiry via the Glide Support Page .
To create a Support Ticket:
Open the App that is giving you problems, and go to Settings → Contact Support:
