No private customer query button

All customer query buttons seem to lead to this public forum. Where is the button where i can specifically contact customer support, billing support and have a private conversation about my account or other private communications.

If there is such a button, please make it much easier to find.
And let me know when you find it.

It seems most buttons are perfectly positioned to make things easy, but when it comes to support i keep going around in circles from one irrelevant button to another, and getting frustrated.

That seems to be for app support, i just want a credit to be moved to a different team. As well as future communications with billing or account issues.

Yes, support can help you transfer credit between teams, as well as hook you up with somebody that can assist with the other.

Also, where would i find this link in the glide builder. In case i need to use it in future. Would be nice to have it in a prominent position on the billing page for each team?
