Why a Checkbox item extra appear?

Hi there! Could you please help me to resolve a question? I’m making an app to order food, and it happens that when I give the user the choice to choose a type of meat (he can choose 1 of 2), an extra item checklist appears in the database and I don’t know how to delete it or why it appears.

Is that an inline list? Try setting the filter of the component to show when the title ‘is not empty’.
