Where is the 'Hide Tab Labels' option in the new layout?

Can’t find this option in the new layout.

I don’t think it’s there any more. It seems like it’s now done per tab — click the tab in the left panel and the options show up in the right panel. Just clear out the Label field to only show the icon.

I can’t find a way to do this in one-click though for all tabs.
