When creating a form how can I ensure that user profile values appear as screen values?
User Profile Values and Screen Values are two different things.
User Profile values are values from the signed in Users User Profile row. As long as a User is signed in to your App, then they are available from just about anywhere in any context.
Screen Values are values from the table row that your screen is attached to. They are generally available in two contexts. To be used with filter conditions on Collections, and as Special Values with a Form Screen.

I have to say how brilliant my Glide experience has been. At 76 yrs old I was retiring and closing down my Drupal sites. My 5 months with Glide has made me feel like a teenager again. I Just love it.
