To the Glide Support Team,
I am beyond frustrated with the stability of your platform and need this escalated immediately.
I am building a production app called SiteWalks on Glide. The Voice Transcription component — which is the CORE feature of my entire application — has now disappeared from my form for the THIRD TIME without any action on my part.
This is not a configuration error. I have rebuilt this feature three times. Each time it vanishes without explanation. This is a platform bug that is actively preventing me from launching a paying product.
I have beta testers actively using this app. Every time this component disappears I lose credibility with my users and waste hours rebuilding something that should work reliably.
I need the following from your team:
- An immediate explanation of why this component keeps disappearing
- A permanent fix — not a workaround
- Confirmation that this is a known bug and what your timeline is to resolve it
If this cannot be resolved I will be forced to migrate to another platform. I have already evaluated FlutterFlow as an alternative and will not hesitate to make that move.
This is unacceptable for a paid product.
