When using the line style with a date x axis it doesn’t connect the dots for when there are dates in between with no values. It would be better if they joined up.
Also is there a way to remove the space to the left of the chart?

Great feedback! We will log these 2 issues
Are you still facing this problem? Relations or queries don’t work on my side and I’m still having to do targetting full table > filter.
Yes the problem is still there!
Any plans to add the requested reference line? This would be super helpful.
A vertical and horizontal (constant y or x) would be great. And perhaps more than 1!
Is that chart only available in higher plans? I am not able to see it in my Maker plan.
I’m experiencing 2 issues:
Unit day: Good
Unit hour: bad (While date is formatted how glide normally does in date-time pickers)
- Issue 2: When selecting caption of a item:
Another feedback… when using the caption to label each data set the field is custom only. This is a real pity… it would be much better if the field could be dynamic, e.g. defined by a field in the table. Use case would be a chart with patient data for 5 patients. I want to label each set with the name of the patient and NOT simply Patient 1, Patient 2, etc…
Improved user filtering
Imagine if a user can select filters to view only a few of the standard content items that have been selected in the Glide editor. This can be used by the user of the app to isolate one or more specific data stream without the distraction or influence of others. This with the amazing flexibility it already provides lets people almost create whatever chart they desire.
Chart type selector helper
Some tiny help for builders what charts are to be used when for what with some examples. To guide selecting the right one for the use.
UPDATE: Our new Chart component is out of preview!
What’s new:
Check out the Glide docs for more details on using charts in your apps.
I notice if I have the chart component in a container that has the background as Accent, the title and time selector get dimmed out. As soon as I remove that option, they return to normal. they are there, just whited out. Not sure if that is normal.
Could you send us a screenshot for reference?
This same bug exists with the radial chart component.
