Is there a way to set it up so that when users initially set up their profile it asks them specific questions, so that I can collect specific pieces of information and write the data to the user spreadsheet?
You can create an onboarding sequence. Using visibility condition at the tab level to achieve this.
How would I go about doing that? In an ideal world, I want to walk the user through a few questions right off the bat.
The below tutorial is quite old, but the general approach hasn’t changed.
