IPHONE INSTRUCTIONS:
Settings>Privacy & Security>Location Services>Safari Websites
Now if “While Using the App” is selected or not, just toggle onto another selection under “Allow Location Access” and then select “While Using the App”again and save. That’s it.

I just wanted to thank you again for your help with this @Jeff_Hager @John_Romano, I tried and tested along with the User and it resolved the location problem they were having.
