Upload Multiple Files and Map either Common and User Based Meta Data

I am looking for the solution where user can follow the below process.

  • Enter Meta Data
  • Upload Multiple Files
  • Tap Add if more files to be added in second instance

Looking Solution for
Problem 1 - Either add common meta data against each field at one click.
Process could be select and apply meta data from the header selection

Problem 2 - Either add uncommon meta data against each field at several click.
Process could be scroll and fill the meta data against which common meta data in not applied.
