Upgraded to Teams Plan

Dear Community

Just upgraded to a Teams plan, however the Glide icon is still here. Any clue?

The Team Pro PLan is activated.

But there’s no whilte labelled. here?

You’re on the old plans.
I believe that option is only available on the new team plans.

If you want that, what you would need to do is create a new team, and then move all your apps into that team.

Moving the apps to the new team will it break the existing app?

No, it won’t break anything. But you will have to cancel any per-app subscriptions that you have before you can move the apps.

The difference is that the old plans were per-app, and with the new team plans all apps in the team share the same plan.

So the process is:

  1. Cancel existing Per - App for all the apps that I wanted to add to Team Plan
  2. Create a Team Plan
  3. Move the cancelled to the New Team Plan.

QUestion:

  1. How do I assign the New Team Plan Subscription when i already upgraded the subscription?
  2. i have 3 projects under my login now. I can’t seems to assign the team plan to the new team.

yeah, you won’t be able to do that.
Glide will give you a credit when you cancel the plans, but I don’t believe the credit will be applied to your new team. I think you need to contact Glide Support and ask them to transfer it.

Hi Santiago… Kindly advise if I should to the following now?

  1. Create a new Team Project say Project A.
  2. Remove the individual app plans (there’s annual plan and monthly plan)
  3. Move the Apps to Project A.

Yes, that’s the flow you need to follow.

After that, please send us a support ticket so we can transfer the credit for unused time to the new team.

Where can i download the plans?

Honestly, the interface at the billing is very confusing.

  1. No where can i see here that i can change or download plans.
  2. In the Project page, can only see Pro.

You can’t apply the new plans to your old team.

What you need to do is create a new team, and this new team will automatically be on the new plans.
Once the team is created, go to the Billing page and you can select the appropriate plan.

Hi I have few days ago updated the EduTalent.io project to a Team plan, and now there’ this is issue!

The old plan should not appear to allow us to Upgrade to Team plan, causing unnecessary confusion.

Any Customer Support can help to update once and for all? Thanks.

Seems that the customer support is very slow in reply. So far i have sent in a couple of form past 3 weeks. None were replied.

Is either your source team or destination team on a paid plan already? I believe you can only transfer an app if either team is on a free plan. Once one of the teams is on a paid plan, then you cannot transfer the app.
