I just need confirmation of the process to upgrade the plan:
- Cancel both subscribed plans for two of our existing apps.
- Once they are downgraded to the free plan, migrate all the existing apps to a new team.
- Upgrade the new team to the Team plan.
Is this correct? What about the balance credit for unused time?
Please advise me on this. Thank you.
You will need to add a payment method to your new team plan before you can transfer any Apps into it.
For any credits applied after cancelling App based subscriptions, you would need to submit a Billing Enquiry with Glide Support.

How about the current team? Do I simply click ‘upgrade’? However, I understand that I need to cancel two of our app-based subscriptions first, correct?
I’m not exactly sure about that, but I suspect that if you do need to cancel them then Glide will tell you this when you try to upgrade the team.
