Updates when change in Google Sheets

Hey Everyone
I was using google sheets for all maintaining database on a daily basis for my clients. Given it was hectic to maintain, I decided to shift to Glide.

So while working on the glide, I had created a copy of the sheet to avoid data mismanagement. Now I have completed working on the app. I would want to move the live data to this sheet.

Will this movement be counted as updates?

Hola Saurabh,

Your updates are tied to that Google Sheet linked to your APP (the original or the copy, not both).

Once your APP is ready using only one of them, the update policy is as follows:

I think if you move them fast enough, it will combine the “updates” together to count as 1 single sync.

What happens is Google will know when your Sheets is updated, and then tell Glide that there’s new data that needs to be synced. At that point, a sync occurs, and an update is charged.
