I am reaching out to request your assistance in investigating an unrecognized charge of $60 on my account. I currently do not have any active subscriptions that would justify this charge. Additionally, last month I noticed a double transaction that was also unjustified.
I would like to mention that last month, when I made the first payment, the system showed a connection error and asked me to make the payment again. As a result, I paid twice. It is very frustrating that your system failed and, on top of that, I was charged twice without being able to access a service I urgently need.
Please note that I pay in Mexican pesos, and the exchange rate makes these charges particularly costly for me. I have attached a screenshot with the details of the charges for your review.
I would greatly appreciate your prompt response and resolution to this issue, as it is important for me to understand the origin of these charges and ensure that it does not happen again.
