So I am looking at upgrade options. I notice one is saying Unlimited personal users and the other is 30 Users Included. Like what does this mean ?
For Personal users these are the people i can let use the app ?
I have read and watched on youtube that people are paying extra apprantly for extra users because they exceed a limit ? got me confused here.

30 business users means email like @enterprise.com.
Yes
You can pay additional users of needed at a given pricing. If you have e.g. 32 users on a business plan, you would pay 2 extra users.
