Trouble with url

Hello,
I published an article with a glide qr code. I changed the name of this glide after the publication. The url changed when i rename this app. So, the Qr code doesn’t work anymore.

How can i do to repare my mistake? Is it definitively lost?

Change the name back to what you had previously, and republish the App.
