Trigger action from choice component

Hope we are allowed to set an action on a choice component soon.

I assume currently everyone is creating lists acting as choice components to allow users to trigger actions when clicking or changing a choice.

but that cancels involves so much more work and cancels out the nice layout of the choice component.

Action on choice component

Would be nice to have an action attached to a choice component. we a choice is selected, there is a set column action that internally updates the column with the value, would be great if we could create a custom action to add to this single action for example: show notification, set column in a relation etc…

Having duplicate requests will split the votes, which will make it less likely to get to the top of the queue
