Ya…no good way to clear entire column. Been asking for this feature for years. Please vote:
Currently, the Action to “Set columns” only consider the current sheet or any single relations (to update a column in a single row). I’m trying to create a “bulk approval” process where the “set column” action could look at a multiple relation and update each corresponding row in that relation.

Use the API.
This is the only way to this if your data lives in Glide Tables. However, majority of users are no coders. We need a native, no code solution for the 80%.

No, you can’t change user specific columns via the API.
In that case, you need to use the multi-row reset trick.
There have been several requests for people to find a way to clear a value in multiple rows. I was thinking about that and came up with a quick example of a way to handle that. Instead of trying to clear a value in an entire column, I realized we could just change one value on a parent column, load it as a single value in our sheet and then compare that parent value to a column that we set or unset for each row.
