Hello, by any chance is it possible to transfer current license of any app to another one ?

You can transfer your app to new account by manual publish your app with allow copy and copy your app in new account. That is what I use to transfer my app to my client.

In the billing section, 3 dots next to the app with the subscription should bring up Transfer Subscription or Cancel Subscription.

Thank you please show me the image or how to get to the to the 3 dots in order to transfer subscription.
