Hello, my previous issues was resolved and a new account as a paid version has been added to a team with the apps I now need transfered into the Paid app account’s team to continue to create and to publish without Glide branding. The instructions to date have been to use 3 dot drop down and choose transfer app to a different team. I do not have that option when in the Free account Team where the apps are made. Is there a way I am not seeing? The paid account is currently in that team.
You can’t move app from free team unfortunately.
I would suggest contacting the support team again, explain your situation, to see if they can help moving those apps.
Why was the plan not purchased on the original team though?
