The signature field cannot be used

Hello everyone, on this occasion I ask for your kind help to find out if there is any problem with the signature field in GLIDE since when using it and clicking the “done” button, nothing happens. I tried to look at the templates and the same thing happens, thank you very much.

I see your “Listo” button seems to be deactivated. Is it clickable at all?

Yes, you can click on it. In fact, when I click on it, it no longer lets me save the signature. Any ideas?

What plan are you on? Can you check your usage/billing for the team to see if you have file storage/updates left?

That might be because it’s not available on Legacy Free.
