Allow tab location to be a top or bottom.

Allow import of custom icons. A good library I use for web design is https://icons8.com/ or
https://thenounproject.com/

Agree, both ideas would be great to have.

Initially I thought that inline list with horizontal tiles’ layout could be an alternative.
But you can put only 4 icons in a row… so not a good alternative…

I don’t believe the ‘Tabs’ in your example are true tabs—they are tabs within a page.

Can you give an example of a popular app with top-tabs that you like? Each tab should be a totally different page of content, rather than acting as filters.
