Synching Offline Changes

Hi, I just started to use Glide recently and this is second time it happen to me. When I click to edit the spreadsheet I get

  • “Synching offline changes”
  • system asks me to check my internet (which is working fine)
  • after a period of about 10 minutes, a messages appear “something went wrong, reload” - which I did
  • eventually messages “unable to reload”.

please advise.

it happens to me it is because of poor connection when i close it and open the tab it works

thanks. ok. now i watch the sheets is saved regularly as sometimes the internet has poor connections and if too many changes offline then i notice this synching error. lesson learnt
