I am looking for a way to have a summary of data texted/emailed at a certain time, without having to perform an action in Glide. I’m thinking that this is probably not possible from the app builder, but maybe a script on the google sheet, but wanted to double check first.

There may be a Google Sheet extension to do this, but I don’t know of any off the top of my head. Definitely worth a look.
I do know however you can definitely do this with a Google App Script. I’ve set up scripts that send both emails and texts for clients. And you can trigger a script to run at say every Monday at 8am:

Is your email content combined from multiple rows?
Haven’t gotten to that yet, but most likely yes.
Script will cost you nothing but if you want to try Integromat then I think you can do a search row and then aggregate all text needed into a field to be sent.
