I’m having trouble getting subscriptions to work correctly in my Glide app.
Currently, when a user taps the paid subscription button and completes the payment, they are still unable to access the app content. The app behaves as if the payment was not recognized.
I’m currently on the Explorer plan. I tested the payment flow, but the subscription does not activate and the user cannot proceed.
I’ve attached a short video and screenshots showing the issue and the test payment attempt.
I would really appreciate any guidance on what might be missing or incorrectly configured.
If anyone speaks Spanish, that would be great. If not, I will continue translating.

Could you clarify what paid subscription button you are talking about? Did you set up a payment integration, with Stripe or another service, and it’s not working?
Thank you for your message. I’m referring to the paid subscription button inside my Glide app, the one users tap to get access to the paid content. At the moment, I do not have Stripe connected. I was trying to use a PayPal payment link instead. The payment link exists, but when users try to pay, the subscription does not activate and they cannot access the app content. Everything I have set up so far was done by following guidance from Glide’s AI. If it helps, I can share screenshots of what I configured. I’m not fully sure how to correctly set up the subscription button with Stripe, and that’s where I’m getting stuck. I appreciate your help and guidance on how this should be configured properly.

So do you have a flow to get the payment info back to Glide once the user has paid?
