Stop publishing

I am new to Glide and need help. Could you please teach me how I can stop publishing my once published app for my maintenance. Is there any way for me to stop publishing the apps that I published before.

However, this means that the user still can use and update the data, right? Is there any way for stop the apps while the maintenance/change?

Your right data is always live. If the user updates the data via a button you could always hide the button temporarily (using visibility condition for example) to stop the user updating.

Publishing Controls

Glide does not have the ability to run functions based on timers, so I’m not sure what you are referring to. The publishing control is only for the design of the app, and not the data. The data is always live — for example if you update data in your Google Sheet, it goes live right away.
