Some functionality not available for 2 users

Hi,

I am experiencing a situation where I have inboarded 6 users onto my PRO app.
The app functionality (tabs and buttons) is fully available for 4 users (3 iphones and 1 android)

However, 2 users (android) interface is not showing all the functionality.

Has anyone experienced this before?
Help appreciated,

Do you notice any clear differences in the data for those 2 users? What specific functionalities are they?
