Signature Limitation Issue: App Crashes After Attempting to Add a Second Signature

Hello,

I’m encountering a problem when trying to fill out a second form to add a signature in my Glide app. I’m receiving an error message that says, ‘Unable to add new signatures. This app needs to be upgraded to allow more signatures.’ After this message appears, the application crashes. Can someone please help me understand why this is happening? It seems like a limitation related to the number of signatures allowed, but I’d like to know if there’s a way to resolve this issue or if there are any workarounds. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I would agree that it’s not ideal if it crashes in that case, but do you plan to use many more signatures?

I would suggest trying to delete some signatures and try again to see if it crashes just in the case that the app needs an upgrade.

Then, decide if you want to upgrade to use more.
