how can I setup a image shrinking before a user uploads a new picture? I’m concerned about reaching the limit of the file storage (already on Pro plan).

If you upload from image library then you on iOS are able as user to select a smaller size image. This is not possible if the user takes a photo and uploads it.
The wish has been put before and hopefully we will get it in the future
You could also store the image somewhere else and then upload to this place. I have shown this by use of cloudinary but the ux isn’t as slick as using glides native upload functionality
