Could exact publish time be retrieved somewhere?
After a day it shows only a day but no time (e.g. “yesterday”). It would be useful for solving issues our app users report.
I haven’t looked, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s buried somewhere in the manifest. If you’re prepared to spend a bit of time fossicking around with browser dev tools, you might find something.

There should be a hidden tab in your GSheet called App: Metadata. It will show you the last automatic refresh time.

I have looked and it seems its not in the application manifest.
Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems “Last automatic refresh time” tells about sheet’s refresh time, however in this post I am looking for app’s publish time.
yeah, I think you’re right - I also had a poke around and couldn’t find it.
Agree that it would be useful though, perhaps you can add it to Feature Requests
