I’ve created a useful action and I want to share it with multiple apps. How can I do this?
As of yet I don’t think this is possible. It would be very neat though.
As far as I know, the only objects that can be shared out of the box across applications are tables. The rest needs to be copy-pasted (screens and components across apps in the same team) or replicated (actions).
So I would have to rebuild the action for each app. Cannot copy and paste, correct?

As far as I know that’s correct. I wouldn’t know where to copy a custom action or the steps within the custom action.
In the Action Editor, when you right-click on a custom action, one can duplicate or delete it, but not copy it.
This is unlike the Layout Editor where when you right-click on a component you have the option to copy or copy all. You can then paste either the components in another screen or a different application (within the same team last I tried this).
