While these may be extremely simple concepts they are not so much difficult to comprehend but are proving difficult, if not near impossible to implement at my end with my limited experience and associated understanding.
Is the single relation created in the User table or the Training Status table ?
It would be created in the table where you want to use the lookup, which I think is your Users table?
But to create a single relation, you need a common value in each table that can be matched. Do you have that?
