I’m not sure to understand, i want to be able to pick a User from my users list so i have used a “choice component” but i can not see the full list, only the “viewing as” user.

post some screenshots… from the App view… table… and describe the process … is hard to get what you mean
Sounds like you have Row Owners enabled in your user table. Rows that are not owned by the signed in user will not be downloaded. Do you need Row Owners to protect user data, or can it be visible to anyone?

Yes, you can. Just click on the Email column in your Teams table. There will be an option to Remove Row Owners. The table may or may not appear empty after doing that. If it does, just refresh your browser and it should be fine.
