A corporate client is concerned about “loading code” on their mobile devices. Can you point me to a text wich explains the Qlide architecture ie potential exposure if any?

A Glide App is a Progressive Web App (PWA), and loading a Glide App on a mobile device is really no different to opening any website in a browser. Does your client share the same concern about using a web browser on their mobile device? It’s really no different.
I’d direct them to the various documents available from Glide regarding user and data security and privacy.
