Seasonal app use

I have a use case for an app for a local snow removal business. They need to use the app for about 6 months out of the year. However they don’t want to pay for 12 months.

What happens when an app is not paid for during a few months and then gets reactivated?

Would they be able to still access the app and read the data while the subscription isn’t active? (Just navigating the app without triggering updates).

Switching to the free plan isn’t possible since there is some business users using corporate emails.

You will loose paid features. If you have more then 25k rows of data, I don’t think it will be deleted. But for sure, you won’t be able to add rows. You will probably receive emails saying that you busted your quota. I can’t confirm this, this is supposition based on other businesses.

If they are not making a payment, their account will revert to the free plan and be subject to free plan limitations.
