This appears to be user-specific rather than a system-wide issue.
During class today, one user was unable to pull up any results in the search. Searching by full name or abbreviation returned nothing. The only result that would populate was “GRC – Gladeville” (shown below).
Other users in the class—including myself—did not experience this issue.
Details we’ve confirmed so far:

Both devices are running version 26.2

App was deleted and reinstalled

Issue persisted after reinstall
