Hi

i have changed the publishing control of other apps and pages to publishing control as off.still i couldn’t publish any new apps.

But the app limit in the usage still showing 3/3.when it will change.

Turning off auto-publish doesn’t un-publish your app.
To do that, you need to go to Settings → Privacy
