Sandbox for testing

We have a pro plan and have just hit our update limit. This is all from testing, do you have a sandbox? If not how can we avoid hitting a limit when building? Seems a bit harsh to be charging people for data thats not going to be used in production.

What kinds of updates are being counted? Is it from running any third party integrations? Is it from syncing data to third party data sources. Any updates to data in Glide data sources should not be counted in most cases, but if you run a lot of AI or other third party integrations that update on a lot of rows, then there will be a cost involved with that.

We have a combination of LLM and backend API calls. So the majority of the rows being added are from our Lambdas. I understand that a cost should be involved at some stage but a sandbox would be super useful. Even if it was a case of it being limited as to what is possible ie: max rows, and rate limits.

Sadly there is no Sandbox mode as of right now. A work around would be to create a new team, and start a 30 day Free trial on the highest tier. Just make sure to cancel the plan so you don’t get billed.

Keep in mind you CANNOT transfer apps into a team on a Trial. You can however transfer apps out.

It is the opposite.

You can move out from a trial to a free or non trial team. You can move in trial team only if the app comes from an agency team.
