Good day, l was on user profile tab, l discovered the right side bar(where General, Options and Action) is not displaying to made changes.
Check the highlighted part in the image below.
I had the same issue before. I tried clearing cookies/cache and logging again, same issue. I had to delete that tab and recreate it and issue was resolved.
