I am trying to only identify employees that are late on the current day. I am using a if-then-else column to do this but it keeps selecting the previous day. Please see pictures you can disregard the duplicate columns as I have been try different formats unless you think it matters.

Can you show me why is the Late Cutoff Time seemingly different for different rows?
It’s based on their shift schedule or time. Each can be different
Why do you have this as “equals” though? Wouldn’t it be “not equal” since you don’t want to check the data for dates that are not today?
