Taking into consideration that each form can create a new row and rows are limited, it will be very useful to have a reCAPTCHA integration to not allow bots to submit unwanted requests.

Just curious, do you want only signed in users to complete the form, or visitors?
Either - but for visitors, you absolutely need reCAPTCHA - otherwise bots will pollute your form submissions
I want that, but it doesn’t have to be constant, you have to be able to have the option of activating it or not.

It’s a very important feature for apps that have a public interface that require sign-in later in the flow (sign-in is not at the beginning of the flow, but where it is strictly necessary - which is a good UX practice nowadays).
