Real email addresses not collected in starter plan?

I upgraded my glidepage to the starter plan and I noticed that I cannot collect the real email addresses of my users. Is that true?

Edit:
I made a glideapp and saw that I collect real email addresses there. Can anyone please tell me how to collect real email addresses in GLIDE PAGES? I can’t find that option in the settings.

Are you experiencing the same thing?

I thought there is now no difference in pricing between Glideapps and Glide pages.

I’m not sure about that, please submit it to the support team to get help. I have not published any Glide Pages under the new plans.

I will wait to see if it’s official by glide or not otherwise I will submit a ticket.
