I have recently made a social media app where one can login by either google or emil. But fer hours after loggin in, the email of the user automatically changes into a weird one. The reason is completely unknown. Please help me to resolve this issue.
Is your app a Pro app? If so, have you changed the setting to collect user’s real email.
To do so, please:
- Open your app builder
- Go to settings
- Click on privacy
- Scroll down
- Select “collect real user email addresses” on the user email addresses section.
Note: this will only work if your app is on a Pro Plan.

from the number 1 to 9 i can collect the real email
but from the number 10 i can’t collect the real email,
i use free plan

did you switch your app to teams?
it is in the folder? try to open a new team and transfer it

oh… I just checked my apps and no more real emails! hmmm…
ok we gonna have to go back to collecting emails through scripts, I guess Glide need some money LOL they took out that options for free plans

may you can show me how to take real email by script as you said
you have to create a google web app and put in the Glide webview, just a simple text entry, and a button… now I have to change a few of my Apps… and add that script lol
