I’m testing out the New Table available in beta and one of the settings under “design” is titled “Size Kind” which (I think) allows one to set the column width as either auto or fixed. If you choose fixed, it displays a setting “Width Size”. Does anyone know what value is accepted here? Is this a percentage? It only accepts a numeric value but no matter what number I put in, the width of the column is the same…
@Darren_Murphy I think the width size is still not working right?
Nevertheless, you can expect things not to work smoothly with the component for some weeks while they’re ironing out bugs. At the point it comes out of the “beta” list then you would expect it to behave more consistently.
For the “unit”, I think it’s px but I’m not sure.

For sure understand we are in beta, and figured maybe something wasn’t working right yet but just wanted to be sure. In the future, is this the best place to raise those sorts of things?
For what it’s worth, maybe for every big beta release, @NoCodeAndy can create a thread so we can chime in in only one place.

Good suggestion!
New table is still under active development while in preview, not quite at the “beta” stage yet. I’ve been excluding it from our weekly community updates for that reason.
