If you mean adding columns to your database, then I doubt that would work. If you store it in Google Sheets, there might be a way through an external service like Make to add the column, but you would still have to add a component for that new field in Glide yourself as the builder.

You need to think about it more in terms of who has access to which rows instead of which columns. You can control access to rows both securely (with Row Owners and Roles) or insecurely (with simple Filters). You can allow individual users to store user specific data in a user specific column, but…
